Yes! From the day of your launch call you get 30 days of quality assurance through email support. If you’d like additional support, let me know and I’ll send you a quote!
You should be equipped to make content + imagery changes. There are tutorials and resources located on this page. Or I am available for more involved design changes at my hourly rate.
Many times if your website goes down it involves your hosting, which I do not offer. If your site goes down, your first step is to get in touch with your hosting provider to inquire what is going on. If you are on my care plan, I will liaise with your hosting company in order to help resolve the issue. If you aren’t on my care plan, we can onboard you onto it and then I can liase with the hosting on your behalf.
If you are on the care plan and your site should get compromised – I’ll take care of cleaning the site and getting everything back functioning as before.
If you aren’t on the care plan I can take care of getting the site cleaned for an initial cleanup fee of $400 then we can immediately get your site on our monthly plan to make sure it remains clean and protected form hacks.
