Once all content is ready, the structured build phase begins. This is where everything comes together quickly and intentionally.

Nope! We’ll guide you through exactly what content you need and when. During our kickoff call, we’ll discuss your specific content needs and you’ll walk away with a clear to-do list and deadline. Most clients need 2-3 weeks to gather everything.
Perfect timing! We can create your brand identity (logo, colors, fonts) as part of the website process, or work with what you have.
We can work with what you have and provide guidance on getting photos that work. Many clients do a photo shoot during the design process.
It depends on whether we’re writing your copy or you’re handling it yourself. If you’re writing your own content, expect to spend a few hours after our kickoff call gathering everything. After that, you’ll review the homepage design and provide feedback, then do a final review of the complete site before launch. If we’re writing your copy, your time commitment drops to collecting images, sharing revisions on the copy and then the feedback and review phases.
You can make simple updates yourself (we’ll train you!), hire us for updates at an hourly rate, or sign up for a care plan that includes monthly update time.
You own everything. Your domain, hosting, website files, and content. We’ll never hold your site hostage or charge ongoing fees just to access what’s yours. You’re free to take it anywhere after launch.
