Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Nicole Russo, owner of Skin to Soul, a massage practice with locations in Somerville and Woburn, Massachusetts. With a passion for myofascial release and bodywork, Nicole sought to revamp her online presence to better serve her clients in Maine, New Hampshire, and the Greater Boston Area.
The Challenge
Nicole’s business had two separate websites for each of her locations, which made it confusing for clients to understand the full range of services offered. She wanted a new, consolidated website that would not only make it easier for her clients to navigate and book appointments, but also showcase the incredible work her team does. And that’s where I came in.
The Solution
Working closely with Nicole, we created a brand new website that encompassed both locations with a clear, fresh, modern, and inviting look and feel. The goal was to create a space where clients could easily find the information they needed and get a sense of the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Skin to Soul.
Through captivating design and user-friendly navigation, the new website truly reflects the essence of Skin to Soul. In addition to the visual transformation, we partnered with Emily Aborn to write new website copy that is personal and conveys the amazing ability Nicole and her team have to help people reclaim their lives and find joy again.
The Fun Factor
In addition to the website revamp, Nicole had a brilliant idea to add a fun quiz to the site. This quiz, thanks to Kate Hollis, allows clients to find out exactly which Skin to Soul service would best fit their needs. It’s a unique and interactive way for clients to learn about the different services offered and make an informed decision on which one to book.
