I recently finished a web design for White River Wealth Advisors, a financial advisory firm based in Muncie, IN. They were looking for a website that would not only showcase their services but also reflect their unique brand story and personality.
Understanding the Client’s Needs
White River Wealth Advisors had been using their brokerage’s website since their inception, but they were now ready for a website that truly represented their business. They wanted a site that would not only attract potential clients but also showcase their warmth and understanding for their clients. After working with Lindsay Hotmire of Storyhouse Fifteen to refine their brand story, I designed a website that would encapsulate their unique brand identity.
Crafting the Website
First up was to understand the client’s target audience and their needs. White River Wealth Advisors cater to families and individuals, helping them navigate their financial future so their website needed to be warm, inviting, and informative. I used a combination of warm colors, inviting fonts, and engaging visuals and hand-drawn imagery selected by the client to create a welcoming and approachable website.
One of the main goals of the website was to showcase the client’s services and resources for their clients. To achieve this, we created a user-friendly navigation menu that made it easy for visitors to find the information they were looking for. The website also features a blog section where the client can share valuable insights and resources for their clients, establishing themselves as thought leaders in the industry.
Encouraging Client Interaction
The ultimate goal of the website was to encourage visitors to get in touch with White River Wealth Advisors. To achieve this, we created prominent call-to-action buttons throughout the website, inviting visitors to schedule a consultation or sign up for their services. The website also features a contact form, making it easy for potential clients to reach out and start a conversation.
It was wonderful working with Storyhouse Fifteen and White River Wealth Advisors to redesign their website. The website now truly reflects their brand story and values, making them stand out in the competitive financial industry.
