In collaboration with copywriter Kate Hollis, I developed a quiz that allows you to self-select your website’s personality and provides tips to make it stand out. The Expert: Effortless Expertise and Professionalism

The expert category is for those who exude knowledge and professionalism effortlessly. Visitors to your website recognize your expertise and have high expectations. To make a lasting impression, follow these tips:

1. Streamline Your Services Page
Visitors want to know what you offer and how you do it. Make your services page detailed yet concise. Use bullet points, text blocks, and color blocking to make it easy to read and understand.

2. Call Out Your Brand Values
Share the reasons behind your decision to establish your own path. Your brand values speak volumes about your personality and how you work. Choose four or five values and craft concise, memorable sentences to explain each one.

3. Place Testimonials throughout Your Site
Testimonials from satisfied clients establish credibility and showcase the results you deliver. Ask clients for specific testimonials that highlight the outcomes they achieved by working with you. Don’t forget to ask for permission to use their testimonials and consider adding photos or videos for added impact.
